Fourth of July Outfits for Mother Daughter

America’s birthday is almost here! That means bbq and grilling, family reunions, picnics, parades, baseball games, sunny weather, warm summer breezes and when the sun sets, of course, fireworks. The whole reason for celebration is to commemorate the Declaration of Independence - when the Continental Congress declared that the thirteen American colonies were no longer subject to the monarch of Britain and were now united, free and independent states. Stars and Stripes

This is probably the most festive and the most on-the-nose choice. If you love to show your patriotism and don the stars and stripes of the flag, you and your daughter can find a patriotic print - such as white stars on a navy blue or red background dress. Florals are a perfect spring and summer print; this season, florals are front and center and very on trend. Choosing a blue and white floral halter top + some billowy white palazzo pants or white shorts and sandals is an adorable look for both mom and daughter. If you’re more in a summer dress mood but know your daughter will want to be in comfy pants, you can still match your bodycon, midi or shift dress to her by choosing matching blue floral prints for both pieces.
