I can honestly say that these hold up well to the amount of endurance exercise that I do on a bike, they cope well with squats and lunges, stretching in yoga, jumping around and running, and they're nice to wear in general day to day life as they're super flattering with the high waist (especially for mamas that need that extra bit'o'support ifyaknowyaknow.) the design, and the versatility.
I've worn these with boots and a jumper, and I'm taking them on holiday to Greece with me, as they're made with breathable fabric that I feel would be perfect for either walking in the hills with trainers, or with sandals and a camisole top in the evening. 👌
