I purchased these leggings to go with matching sports bra that I purchased earlier. They run true to size and have a lot of give. They sit high in the waist for me (5'3") but are still incredibly comfortable. I have only used them to go scuba diving but I would 100% use them for yoga since they are super soft and stretchy. For reference I am size 6-8.
